What are the prices and additional costs for GDA Winner's Shop products/services?

Prices for products/services are listed in EUR and include all taxes, including Danish VAT at 25%. Shipping costs (postage, packaging, and handling) are not included. For shipments outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. Prices are valid as long as they are available online. Keep your invoice for exchanges or refunds.

Returning Online Orders - I am not satisfied with my product; how can I return it, and will I receive a refund?

You have a 14-day guaranteed period within which you can return your purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The product should be returned unopened and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the product, you will be refunded for the returned items. Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

The returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip. When you return goods, they always travel at your responsibility as the customer.
