This Taiwanese project, The Mortal and All the Matters 善終無代誌, promotes "civic palliative care," emphasizing the moral duty of society to stand together with those facing the end of life. In other words, whose death is approaching. But death as a natural progression and a passing on of values and the positive "qi" of society.
